General Requirements For Graduate Students
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Official Academic Transcripts.
- Three Letters of Reference.
- Statement of Purpose.
- GRE (General GRE Test Scores must be submitted)
International Students: or required- TOEFL (Test scores of at least 525 on the paper version, 197 on the computer version, or 71 on the internet version required)
- IELTS (Test score of at least 6.0 required)
Admissions Requirements for the Master’s Degree Programs
In addition to the general admissions requirements of the èßäÉçÇøAPP Graduate School, admission requirements for the Master’s Degree programs in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and Information Sciences are:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- An official academic transcript from each college or university attended.
- Three letters of recommendation from persons able to speak directly to the applicant’s academic abilities.
- A written statement of purpose indicating the student’s personal and academic goals.
- A minimum grade-point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) for either all completed post-secondary coursework or for a completed graduate program to be accepted for regular admission.
- Official scores for the Graduate Records Examination (GRE) including the AW portion.
- Applicants whose highest degree is a graduate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education will not be required to provide GRE scores.
- Additional Requirements for international students:
- An official Duolingo, TOEFL, IELTS, ITEP, or PET score. See the policy of the Graduate School:
- Applicants who hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution are exempt from providing English proficiency requirements
- A completed application for admission to the Graduate School.
In situations where one part of the application is particularly strong, applicants may be considered for admission on a provisional basis if their GPA or GRE (or other admissions test score) is below the standards. In such cases, permission to continue in the program will be granted at the end of the first 12 hours of graduate credit provided the student earns a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Students completing the application, you must submit a $50 USD processing fee.
International Students VISA and Pre-Arrival Information
For Undergraduate Students

For students completing the online admissions application, you must submit a $35 USD processing fee. This fee is payable through a US bank, sent to the Office of Immigration and International Admissions. Applications received without the processing fee will not be reviewed.

For students completing the paper admissions application, you must submit a $45 USD processing fee. This fee is payable through a US bank, sent to the Office of Immigration and International Admissions. Applications received without the processing fee will not be reviewed.
Readmission For Graduate and Undergraduate
For students completing the readmission application, there is no processing fee required.
Former èßäÉçÇøAPP undergraduate students who have missed a minimum of one calendar year must use a èßäÉçÇøAPP Readmission Application to avoid paying application process fees.
If you have submitted an application and paid an application fee within the past year, you do not need to submit an online application. You can download the paper application at èßäÉçÇøAPP Application here and fax or mail to the address provided. This will help you to avoid paying another application processing fee.

Once the application is complete (all required documents and information are received), Admissions office sends the application to the School of Computing admissions review committee. Please direct questions regarding the admission decision to the Director of SoC Graduate Studies.
